how I work

I bring the culmination of 15 years developing leaders (emerging and experienced) and groups in their leadership, experience supporting and coaching executives and operational managers in complex times, my own life long development (certified organizational coach (ICF PCC); Masters in Psychology, Certified Managing Organizational Transitions Trainer, Emotional Capital Report and 360 certified, Crucial Conversations certified; along with a deep passion for authenticity and supporting leaders while they show up for others. 

Discretion and confidentiality are of utmost importance. Even if we work together inside your company (as opposed to hiring me directly) the content of coaching remains private. We will clarify this together before we begin working together. 

My role is to provide a confidential space for thought partnership, exploration of new perspectives and self-discovery.

I use a variety of tools to enrich your insights and discoveries including:

• a variety of exercises such as the leadership life line 
• critical incident analysis (when we need to make sense of an event)
• training and activities around making sense of transitions or coaching your team through transition
